Ordering Information
- When you see an item you would like to purchase, click on the "Select" button. This will take you to your "Shopping Cart" page where your selection will be displayed in a chart.
- If you would like to add another item to your "Shopping Cart" page, click on your browser's "Back" button to go back to page you just came from or click on one of the categories in the left margin of your page.
- When you have completed making your selections, click on "Shopping Cart" in the left margin of your page. Review your selections, select a shipping method and indicate the state from which you are billing. Please note: A 5% tax will be added to Orders billed to a Vermont address. Click on "Complete Order From Secure Server." to complete your order.
- You will be taken to your "Invoice" page where your selections will be itemized and tax (if applicable) and Shipping&Handling charges are added. You will be requested to complete your billing address, the address to which you would like items shipped, gift messages and comments. Please note, separate Orders will need be made for multiple shipping addresses. Click on "Confirm" to complete your order.
- Finally, you will be taken to a "Thank You" page which will itemize your selections as well as your billing and shipping addresses. If you would like to create a new order, click on "New Order." You will be taken to the Gift Shop Home page where you can start again.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive an email message confirming that your order was sent.
Shipping Information:
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
Standard Shipping - Orders will be shipped via UPS or US Postal Service. Delivery times are approximately 1 to 3 days for the East Coast (except Florida), 4 to 5 days for Central US and Florida, and 5 to 7 days for Western states and coast.
Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will require extra shipping charges.
International Orders: We currently only ship to Great Britain. Extra shipping charges are required. Please call us if you have any questions. (800) 242-2740

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY:(Great Britan only)
Orders will be shipped via US Postal Service's International Parcel Post. Allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. Charges will vary based on package weight and will be applied to your credit card.
